How to Participate
Participating is easy, simply click on the 'start survey' button to access a downloadable
file of instructions and data input forms. You will have three ways to submit data: by mail,
by fax, or by e-mail. The deadline for data entry is July 31st. You can order an advance copy of the CH&LA Compensation Survey by clicking here.
