CH&LA is once again partnering with Class Action Capital to introduce a refund opportunity to CH&LA members. During the webinar, Class Action Capital will share the most important points of the settlement opportunities, explain the claims process and also answer any questions. The settlement alleges that Visa and MasterCard violated the law by setting interchange fees and then made and enforced rules that prohibited merchants from steering customers to other payment methods, resulting in hotels paying excessive fees to accept payment from Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards from their clients. If your hotel accepted Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards for payment from customers anytime between 2004- 2014 you are likely eligible to recover a share of the settlement funds. During the webinar, Class Action Capital will share the most important points of the settlement opportunities, explain the claims process and also answer any questions.
