A quote from an attendee at an in-person seminar in January:
"This seminar was presented very well and easy to understand. As a GM of a Major Brand I have access to many resources who are supposed to keep us updated on all laws and regulations but I left this seminar with a list of things I needed to fix ASAP."
Mr. Abrams served as President and CEO of the California Hotel & Lodging Association from 1991 through 2008, when he retired. He is a frequent speaker and writer on all aspects of the law relating to the lodging and hospitality industries. During his tenure as President and CEO of CH&LA, Mr. Abrams was responsible for, among other things, management of the association’s legislative and regulatory affairs programs. Throughout his legal career, he has also provided representation and advice on a wide range of governmental affairs matters at the national level, the state level – including the California Legislature and scores of state agencies – and with local governmental entities. He has authored successful ballot measures and scores of bills for his clients.
