Women in Lodging (WIL)

This first industry-wide forum exclusively for female hospitality professionals is your opportunity to connect with top professionals nationwide and gain career momentum. CH&LA, in conjuntion with AH&LA, the American Hotel & Lodging Association, fuels the WIL mission to promote women's leadership into executive positions within the lodging industry and to contribute to business development efforts. CH&LA has an active WIL chapter that hosts a few educational and or/networking events throughout  the state annually.

Membership is free to all women employed at CH&LA member organizations, regardless of your position within the company. Men wishing to support the mission of WIL may also become a member at no cost, as long as their company is a CH&LA member. For more information on upcoming events please visit CH&LA WIL.
