The evening started off with hors d'oeuvres of gorgonzola, fig jam and prosciutto on focaccia and pan seared Dungeness crab cakes with spicy cilantro aioli. Executive Chef Russell Michel provided an outstanding meal that was enjoyed by all attendees.
