Members of the California Association of Bed & Breakfast Inns (CABBI) receive special savings for a variety of hospitality industry products and services. Membership in CABBI also includes automatic membership in the California Hotel & Lodging Association (CH&LA) and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA).

CABBI Web Site - FREE Listing for CABBI Members
Only CABBI-certified members are listed on the CABBI website at www.cabbi.com. CABBI.com is visited by more than 200,000 visitors annually. The CABBI.com website is one of the top five search results on Google for "California bed and breakfast." It is also the only statewide bed and breakfast association website to consistently show up on page one of Google for the search "bed and breakfast." All CABBI.com inn listings include contact information, inn descriptions, amenities, photo galleries, a link to the inn's website, a "Reservations" button that links to the property's reservation page and Google Maps so guests can find your inn. CABBI members can take advantage of increased website traffic by posting as many Special Offers as they want for free. |

CABBI Travel Guide - FREE Listing for CABBI Members As a benefit of membership, CABBI members receive a complimentary 1/4-page listing in the CABBI Travel Guide. The listing includes a 50-word description of the inn, a color photo, contact information, room rates, and more. Advertising opportunities are available in the form of upgraded listing options, including a half-page listing, one-page listing or a two-page listing with four color photos. The Travel Guide is organized into five regions that include: summaries, photos, and maps with each city's location noted. The CABBI Travel Guide has a distribution of 50,000 copies and is distributed to inn travelers via CABBI member inns, the CABBI.com website, and select California wineries and Conventions and Visitors Bureaus. CABBI Gift Certificate Program - Exclusive to CABBI Members Get new and repeat business from this exclusive CABBI membership program, which is promoted on the CABBI website and in the CABBI Travel Guidebook. The gift recipient chooses an inn from the CABBI website or the CABBI Travel Guide. Each gift certificate recipient receives an attractive gift certificate and the CABBI Travel Guide. Gift certificates are issued in any dollar amount and have no expiration date. Redemptions and/or refunds on the unused portion of the gift certificate are paid through the CABBI office (less a 10% processing fee). Individual inn policies always apply. CABBI Cooperative Advertising For discounted rates, CABBI members can participate in cooperative advertising in VIA, Westways and Sunset magazines. Click here to see an example of a CABBI co-op ad in Sunset magazine. Click here to see an example of a CABBI co-op ad in VIA magazine. CABBI Cooperative Advertising provides members with affordable advertising rates in some of California's best travel and tourism magazines. For example, a four-inch advertisement in Westways magazine on its own costs $5,800. As a CABBI member, the cost for the same four-inch ad is $1,584 as part of the CABBI co-op. Also, CABBI cooperative advertisements create a much larger ad for greater exposure and impact. Plus, CABBI members receive improved frequency of ads. |
