The Future of Hotel Safety

The pandemic has had a substantial impact on the hotel industry and times have changed when it comes to employee and guest safety. Technology has also evolved where guests can now bypass the front desk using contactless check-in, etc., and with the adoption of this technology, it may be challenging to “police” every area where guests and employees may cross paths. Hoteliers now need to be incredibly vigilant when it comes to ensuring that their employees are safe.  

The City of Los Angeles has confirmed that a new panic button ordinance will take effect in August 2022. This webinar has been offered to answer the many questions that hoteliers may have concerning this new ordinance and the future of hotel safety.
